徵稿對象 Eligibility

• 本校在學大學部、研究所學生 Currently Enrolled Students of NCKU
• 本校博士後研究人員、研究助理（非本校學生參加，無法支領各項獎項）

徵稿格式 Format

• 本研討會採公開徵稿方式，投稿時請註明主題（永續環境/生醫科學/農海科技，擇一），海報須以英文呈現。
• 海報尺寸為A0直式（高118公分x寬84公分）。
• 請於2026年5月25日 (一)前線上填寫本報名資料表並上傳摘要。

• This Conference adopts an open call format. Please indicate your chosen theme upon submission (Sustainable Environment/Biomedical Science/Agro-Marine Biotechnology, choose one). Entire poster must be in English. 
• Specifications: A0 vertical format (118×84 cm)
• May 25, 2026 - Deadline for submitting this online registration Google form and uploading abstract using our format.

重要時程 Timeline

• 繳交摘要：即日起至2026年5月25日（一），請填寫本報名資料表並上傳摘要。
• 審查結果：2026年6月，研討會籌辦單位會個別通知投稿者。
• 研討會日期：2026年6月10日（三）—2026年6月12日 (五)，海報最早可於6月11日（四）上午10:00後開始張貼，最遲須於發表當天下午3:30前完成張貼。
• 海報發表：2026年6月11日（四）下午4:00 - 5:30，請於此評選時間內展示海報並解說，經委員評選後擇優頒發獎狀及獎金。

• May 25, 2026 - Deadline for submitting this online registration Google form and uploading abstract using our format.
• June 2026 - Organizing committee will inform applicants of the final decision.
• June 11, 2026 - Posters to be placed on presentation panels at the Conference. 10:00 am at the earliest, and no later than 3:30 pm.
• June 11, 2026 - Poster session at the Conference. 4:00 pm -5:30 pm.

投稿規定 Abstract Submission Requirements

摘要以1頁A4為原則，格式請參考國立成功大學生物科學與科技學院網站之徵稿公告說明。

Abstracts should be limited to one A4 page. Please refer to the submission guidelines provided on the website of the College of Bioscience and Biotechnology, NCKU.
